Great staff, clean quiet room with comfortable beds. Indoor unheated pool and whirlpool a plus. Breakfast buffet had tepid food, both hot and cold items and tepid coffee. Convenient location off of I 65. Front desk is not able to book other hilton garden locations, which seemed odd

My sister is a diamond member. We called hours before check in because our flight was getting in at 1am. We were told no problem. They failed miserably. They had no rooms available when we arrived to the airport. According to the front desk they knew that in the morning and didn’t say anything when we called but put us in a room at a different hotel. After getting shocked on arrival, we were told to stand outside and wait for the shuttle for 10 minutes. 2 women waited outside Miami airport for 30 minutes at 1:30 am with people watching us and approaching us. Completely unacceptable!!! We would have taken a Uber rather than place our safety at risk. Then the driver was incredibly nasty and didn’t even greet us or anything. He waiting for us to roll him the bags and didn’t help us out of the van. When we arrived to the other hotel, they had no ability to accommodate the room type or number of beds we booked. I argued this and they eventually found us a room at the original hotel stating that they would walk a solo male traveler instead since they didn’t have rooms. When she spoke to the diamond desk the next morning, they said the reservation was notated as if we asked to be moved when we had no idea until we got here that they moved us and Maryann kept apologizing because this happens here frequently to make space for contracts rather than customers. Absolutely ridiculous start to our vacation that could have been very dangerous! Don’t stay here!!!!

Pick this one if you want to stand for 2 hours waiting for a shuttle and when you call telling them that you are still waiting where they told you to stand you will get excuses of why they can’t control their own shuttles.

Diamond members? Skip this Hilton! Forget the perks of beverage and snacks, forget a comp or discount on the 17.00 breakfast… and forget receiving any appreciation. Hilto Garden Inns are our least favorite brand of Hilton. Done with HGI. Try the LaQuinta across the street…

Booked a one night stay with parking. We had an issue with our breakfast that was to be included with our package. When we checked in, we were informed that the included breakfast didn't show on our reservation. That evening, I went down to the restaurant to review the breakfast menu so we could decide if we wanted to eat there or go elsewhere before heading to the airport. We did not want the breakfast buffet, but there were other items on the menu. The next morning we went down to breakfast and asked the server for the menu. We were told that they only had the buffet, no menu. What? The server kept pushing the buffet. Guess she didn't know what the restaurant offered. When I pressed the point that I had seen the menu the previous evening and we did not want the buffet, she brought a menu to us. The omelets were very good, although we were never given any toast with them. While the food was good, the service was severely lacking. The room and the airport shuttle were very good.
